Often Miscarriage Risk to Heart Attacks

Risk to Heart Attacks
Recurrent miscarriages can sometimes cause trauma itself for pregnant women. But now women who have experienced miscarriage should pay more attention to the condition of his heart, because he is more at risk of heart attack. Heart attack is a hazard.

A study says women who experience recurrent miscarriages have a five times greater likelihood of heart attacks in the future.
The results of this heart attack has been published online in the journal Heart.

In this study involving more than 11,500 women aged 30-60 years who had a heart attack and compared with a history of pregnancy. So fragile heart attack on average berusian 30-60.
Got any miscarriage occurring increases heart attack risk by 40 percent, so that women have twice the risk of miscarriage 4 times more likely to experience heart attacks. This is of course after considering other risk factors such as weight gain and also smoking.

Researchers reveal a heart attack these results suggest that women who experienced spontaneous abortion are at higher risk of heart attacks later in life. But sometimes a heart attack is not recognized by the woman.

Yet some experts claim that there is no strong relationship between miscarriage with increased risks of heart attacks. This is possibly because these women already have unwitting interference with the heart or blood vessels.

The cause of miscarriage is as diverse as the existence of an abnormal chromosome in the fetus, an inherited genetic disease, maternal age who had been in over 35 years, the condition of the uterus is not normal, metabolic and hormonal disorders, autoimmune disorders and also a blood clotting disorder.
There are several things you can do to support a healthy pregnancy and prevent miscarriage back and avoid a heart attack are:

Eating a balanced and nutritious, as well as benefit from folic acid.
Stop the habit of drinking alcohol, smoking and avoiding exposure to cigarette smoke.
Doing regular exercise, especially exercise that has a low intensity such as walking.

Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you want to eat-the-counter drugs or prescription drugs provided.
Avoid exposure to radiation or chemicals can be dangerous, especially if the work associated with radiation.
Maintain cleanliness and health of pets.
hopefully Heart Attack Risk of Miscarriage information is very useful for you.

Why Obese Women Considered Normal Weight

Women Normal Weight
Modern lifestyles have changed the perception of obesity, even among women who are generally more sensitive about the appearance. Research shows 1 in 4 obese women do not feel there is a problem with her weight.
Research conducted at theUniversity of Texas Medical Branch atGalveston is involved 2,200 adults in their productive age, between 20-39 years. More than half had a body mass index above normal.
In general, revealed 30 percent of adults are overweight feel her weight was normal. About 70 percent of obese people consider themselves just overweight, while 39 percent of obese people just take it as seriousl overweight.
Seoeran scientist who led the study,Mahbubur Rahman assume the cause is a change in norms and modern lifestyle. At the present time, have a body fat has been regarded as normal and nothing to worry.
“Wherever we can find people who are overweight but overweight reasonably assume that happened,” said Rahman was quoted as saying from HealthDay, Tuesday (23/11/2010).
This trend applies also to women, who are generally very concerned about shape and weight. Revealed in this study, only a few women who feel too fat weight.
Among the female respondents are overweight, 23 percent of them think their weight is lower than the real thing. Only about 16 percent of respondents with normal weight women who consider themselves too fat.

Too Much Sleep Makes Women Easy Stroke

women easy stroke

Adequate sleep is highly recommended to make the body stay fit and avoid the various kinds of diseases. But for women especially those approaching the age of menopause, you should not be too much sleep to avoid the risk of stroke.

A U.S. study found that pre-menopausal women age andmenopause are too much or too little sleep at high risk suffering a stroke.

The team of researchers from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, indicating that the habit of sleeping in women, especially when entering the age of pre-menopause and menopause could be significant in predicting the risk of ischemic stroke, the most common type of stroke caused by blockage in the arteries supply blood to the brain.

Researchers studied 93 676 female participants and found that participants who routinely sleep 9 hours or more, 70 percent more likely to suffer an ischemic stroke, compared with women who slept 7 hours a night.Researchers also found that women who slept 6 hours or less per night have a 14 percent higher risk of suffering a stroke compared with women who slept 7 hours a night.

“Too much sleep is associated with an increased risk of ischemic stroke in women, especially postmenopausal women,” said Dr. Jiu-Chiuan Chen, author of the study fromAlbert Einstein College of Medicine, reported by Themedicalnews, Wednesday (24/11/2010).

According to Dr Chen, who generally idle too much sleep, smoking and physical inactivity, thus increasing the risk of heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol or depression, which is a risk factor for stroke.

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the average adult should get 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night, teens 8.5 to 9.5 hours, and children ages 5 to 12 years old should get 9 to 11 hours every night.

The results of this study have been published in the Journal of the American Heart Association.

Fat at the Waist Into A Cure For Heart Disease

Waist Disease

Generally increased risk of heartdisease when someone starts widening waistlines. This assumption seems to be adjusted again, now that the scientists really take advantage of fat in the waist to cure heart disease.

Scientists from Erasmus University, Notterdam, the Netherlands succeeded in developing stem cells (stem cells) derived from the fat deposits around the waist. The cellwas then injected into the liver to overcome the causes of failure of heart muscle damage.

Compared with stem cells derived from other organs, stem cells from the waist fat is required to provide a number of benefits for the heart. In addition to not affect normal blood

flow, the cells are also able to increase the ability of the heart in pumping blood.

In a trial of 11 men and 3 women with heart defects, the breakthrough was able to show satisfactory results. One is to improve the quality of the heart muscle by 3.5 percent within 6 months after the injection of stem cells.

Improving the quality of the heart muscle is shown from the rate of heart muscle damage was reduced by 16.2 percent. Meanwhile, the ability of the organ to pump blood increased by 5.7 percent.

Another advantage is that almost all adults now have the deposition of fat in the waist, so it is not difficult to get it. Of the approximately 250 cubic centimeters of fat in the area, scientists can get at least 20 million stem cells will be injected into the heart.

“Tests prove the beginning of stem cells from fat, waist safe to use after an acute heart attack,” said one scientist involved in the trial, Dr. Eric Duckers.

Experiments with a larger scale will be done in the near future by involving 375 people from all over Europe. Participants will include the ability of blood the heart pumps have been reduced an average of 45 percent.

During Pregnancy Nausea and Vomiting or Morning Sickness is a Sign of a Strong Fetal

Morning Sickness Strong Fetal
Morning sickness in the early days of pregnancy is normal and need not worry. Even Morning sickness according to the study, these symptoms indicate the condition of the fetus is healthy and relatively safer from the risk of miscarriage.

Dr. Ronna L. Chan, a researcher from the University of North Carolina to that conclusion after observing 2400 pregnant women in America. The observation was published in the journal Human Reproduction.

The results found 89 percent are known to experience various symptoms of morning sickness during the first trimester of pregnancy with the most common symptoms ie nausea and vomiting.

But the nausea and vomiting is precisely the experience of at least 3.2 times the risk of miscarriage is smaller than the group who did not experience morning sickness .Dr. Ronna said there are no theories that explain this trend. But surprisingly, the increased sensitivity when experiencing morning sickness is the result of changes in certain hormones to maintain pregnancy in order to stay strong.

Although the causal relationship between morning sicknes with miscarriage risk can not be ascertained but Dr Ronna hope the results of this study do not make panic mothers who do not feel the nausea-vomiting during pregnancy.“Not all successful women who give birth have experienced nausea, vomiting, morning sickness because symptoms vary widely. Even in women the same form and severity can vary in subsequent pregnancies,” said Dr. Ronna.
